Foreign export : Payment in advance via wire transfer, or 50% deposit, balance against sight draft, or irrevocable confirmed letter of credit.
Back order : items out of stock will be back ordered unless specified on our invoice.
Claims and returns : No returns will be accepted without our authorisation number. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt or order. Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of order. We cannot accept return goods that have been soiled in any way or contain price stickers, tags or makings. Any returns of merchandise not ours will be returned freight collect.
